بیماری کارولی یک اختلال مادرزادی نادر می باشد که با گشادی کیستیک و متعدد مجاری صفراوی داخل کبدی به طور منتشر یا قطعه قطعه که با همدیگر مرتبط هستند مشخص می شود. سندروم کارولی که شایع تر است با فیبروز کبدی و همراهی با بیماری کیستیک کلیه دیده می شود. در این مقاله به معرفی یک پسر بچه 3 ساله با بیماری کارولی همراه با نفروکلسینوز مدولاری که با تب، درد شکمی و بی اشتهایی مراجعه کرده بود می پردازیم.
